Man the launch games in Japan just suck. Hardly anything that is going to interest the Japanese people.

PS4 launch line up look better

 

Many people bought PS2 in Japan during launch without any games, just for watching movies on DVD, like DVD Player. It's widely known fact. But still, Ridge Racer V sold around 300,000 FW.

PS2 had Ridge Racer PS4 has  Yakuza and i'm sure even PS4 will sold well without game in launch

RRV was exclusive, Yakuza - no. And of course, PS4 will sell great during launch (Vita, 3DS, Wii U, all of them enjoyed great openings), but nowhere near PS2.

A great Launch Lineup doesn't prove to be relevant to how good the console will perform in sells and preorders.

 

The proof are the PS2 and the PSVita.. PS2 have a very sad Launch lineup nad sold pretty great in japan, more than a million in the first month, on the US an Eu market wasn't that different. 

 

Meanwhile PSVita had what I think is one great launch lineup, but ended pretty average in sells, in both, eastern and western markets and sloppy sells later.

WiiU was said to have a good launch lineup, and sold fairly good but then later.. well, you know.. the launch window wasn't that great.

 

I think is more about thhe value perceived. 3Ds didn't have a greta value from the point of view of people when released, until it was price cuted and then began to release core titles of nintendo.

For the XBO I'll use the same color as for the 360 but we'll more than likely see both PS3 and PS4 games on the same chart so I can't do the same for that one. Help!

I vote for a deep blue and for Vita a ligth blue.. I don't like Vita games being green.. PS3 could remain red, and PSp ligth Red..

 

and the blue is the color used by sony in their products lately, black would fit so well, unless the font is made blue.

Black seems too harsh against the pastel colors of the other systems. But you do what ever you want, Boutros.

And, on the topic of ConeyG's triple posts, I think it adds charm to ConeyG. He's known for his double, triple, quadruple, etc. posts.

It don't need to do like ps2 to be succesfull i predict a 15 millions PS4 will be sold lifetime in Japan,Vita and Wii don't have any third party support that's why it sold poorly after launch PS4 is a different story,3DS wa not doing that bad even before price cut and big games it was just doing terrible compared to DS.



PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m

Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m

So we cool on Purple then, maybe change Vita to a light purple because I hate when they dont match?
Or are we going to stick with black?
