As far as I know, almost non existent.The actual sales, and fanbase, comes almost exclusively from the west.Actually the third game has only been made because of the western support for the series.

Its a shame really, since it is probably the best visual novel franchise of all and is the least supported in Japan as far as I know.

That's sad. The original Zero Escape is one of the best Visual Novel/Adventure games that I played. I'm really looking forward to Zero Time Dilemma.
