It's official now, Splatoon Bundle is sold out (forever). It was a limited print, and it won't be restocked again.

Sold out in Bic Camera and Yodobashi Camera. Other stores are selling their last units.

I guess Nintendo's plan was to sell the bundle the whole holiday season, but it ran out earlier than expected.

Sold out on Amazon Japan 3 days ago, too. Both of them.

I guess Super Mario Maker bundle will be the new main bundle now. Unless they bring the western Splatoon/MK8 bundle to Japan, too.

Isn't FE extremely popular in Japan?

I've come to accept that SMTxFE will bomb in Japan and that my purchase will only be the 1 in 30000 there.

Yep Shin Megami Tensei & Fire Emblem are both rather popular in Japan, the problem is that the fan base for those games are on 3DS, not Wii U.

Not only that but rather than gearing the game more towards one franchise or the other the developers took it in an entirely different direction that may well have alienated both fanbases.

Wonder if Gundam will breach 100k.
