Unless some Attorney makes an Objection or a Dragon sticking out it's tongue to other potential newcomers. Or maybe another unknown or unexpected new challenger, approaching fast. But I'd doubt it somehow.

Batman isn't popular in Japan, it isn't going to flop because its not expected to do well.

If it's not expected to do well, then you can hardly call it a flop. We have a good example in the most recent MC of a big success at 15k FW.
