Sale Analysis made without looking at pre-order chart states that it will be more since Phantasy star online2 has more than 1 Miilion Users on the vita as of Now, and this is a brand new game better in every points. Now Based on pre-order chartz, it looks definitely more than 150k and now + Holliday effect for the first week

If some sales analysts, that probably know more than any of us here the real state of pre-orders, agree that the game is going to sell around 133k, this is probably what is going to happen.

Then if based on pre-orders the situation looks even worst when they are far and far from GE2 pre-orders. They are far and far from Phantasy Star PSP series pre-orders. And the only game that matched is PSO2 that opened around 60k.

the game isn't in top 100 Amazon most pre-ordered games for 2014.

the hype in Tokyo is far and far from what God Eater 2 got, and as I said, I have the impression that Freedom Wars was more hyped.

I think people expected that when it was revealed, but it's been clear for a while now that the game just isn't particularly appealing to Vita owners.  

130k would be a poor performance, I agree (less than Freedom Wars; barely more than Toukiden).  180k or so would be what I'd be expecting based on the deflated hype.  I had expected it to sell as well as God Eater 2 when it was first announced, but that fell off kinda quickly.

Well you are certainly right with the Hype( since you leave in japan) but God Eater 2 's one was a ~400k Fw hype( PS vita +PSP version) and for freedom Wars we know that as a new IP it can be realy hyped but sale figure will not reflect it due the absence of fanbase. My reference is Toukiden Kiwami, a hunting whose the first one was realy good,and  there was a small hype for Kiwami but it managed to sale ~100k Fw (PS vita only) due to the fanbase. 

As for PSO2 60k was HUGE since the game was free on the psn, so those Pre-order figures had probably the same behavior as Limited Edition ( Realy bad ratio Pre-order:First Week).  

Amazon have 2 versions of the game, the one going up now is the 2nd one (day-one pre-order bonus) and we are at the end of the year and lot of games like yakusa PS3 and Freedom wars  double down their ranking. And Also the Games above P.S.N are Million seller so... we can't realy know from that

Take a look at the 2 value holiday Pack rising up on yodobashi and amazon, those imo means that this week from thursday to sunday will be bigger than expected.

As for your sale analysts (since I know that you have realy good sources) you might be right in certain point but I still think it will have Toukiden kiwami s Behavior, because Good hunting game = good sale and believe me I tried the game and it is realy GOOD

A lot of those people wouldn't get PSN because they still have a lot of content with PSO2. Game still gets udpated.

Every measureable tracker of its sales have been low. It's just not going to sell very well.

You know played both and believe me star Nova is better in termes of graphics and it is a new story, those arguments imo are not big enough to not buy the game,  then again 150k is the worst case imo not the normale case, normal case should be around Freedom Wars Numbers

When the game was announced I was the first who thought that PSN was going to sell 500k. But since pre-orders, and shops promotion started it was very clear that this number was out of reach.

things improved since two weeks ago, but still a 133k opening seems what we should expect.

about Toukiden Kiwami, I'd said it had a good Vita performance, but overall it was kind of a disappointment. PSP version completely bombed, the game is in the bomba bins. PSV version sold well because a lot of users jumped, but if you compare Toukiden (PSV+PSP) with Kiwami (PSV+PSP) is a quite drop and not a good sign.

finally, I'm sorry but I don't agree about the last sentence. I mean, I trust you if you say the game is really good, but you know that good game and good sales not always match. Why is this happening? We'll ask this question when the game is released, but maybe is PSO2's fault. People have enough playing a free to play version and don't feel to pay for a new game.

But clearly you're the exception.  Japanese consumers aren't really pre-ordering the game.  They're probably not going to go out in droves to buy it either.

I keep seeing you saying "it's really good!" which I'm sure is true, but that doesn't mean Japanese consumers particularly care about it.  Clearly the argument that they're content with PSO2 for the time being is big enough to make not buy the game, because they're not doing.
