I don't know why the PS4 version is slowing down, while the ps3 version keeps on Fire.

But it will be PS4 > PS3 for sure. Farsala and Boutros comments have a point.

Yeah, but those are some big level of change, from pre-advertizement to post-advertizement, it actually did a gigantic good, and gave a actual effects unlike other games and their advertizing.



COMG guide to points: 1 point = Raging. 2 points = Beasting. 3 points = Tearing it up. 4 points = Berzerk. 7 points = Rampage. 12 points = Burst. 15 points = god mode. 20+ points = DIVIDING BY ZERO!!! 40+ points = Youkai (originally Pokemon).

-1 = Negabeasting. -5= NegaRampage. -10 = NegaBurst

I was pretty sure it's way behind MH4 and MHP2G in COMG. I can try and dig up a comparison. Keep in mind that MH4 did not outsell Monster Hunter Portable 2 G, which was the last re-release on a handheld.

Comparable is a pretty one-tone word. I would say within ~50 or so points of the other entries.

I only thought 4G was doing comparable to the other re-releases because when I dropped in a couple weeks back someone mentioned it was. I don't know if that person knew what they were talking about, but the numbers looked good in the charts so I thought it couldn't be too far behind.

Destiny just keeps on keeping on. Could this be the 2nd biggest western franchise in Japan??
And how would we say Psycho Break is doing?? I was really hoping Japan would jump on this one seeing as Mikami is behind it. Hopefully it can still sell 400k+

I work in Japan and have met plenty of people who play games. I meet hundreds of people because of my job and have gamer friends. In my experience (anecdotal, I know, but it's a big sample) graphics are lowest on the list of priorities, even among otakus.

It's totally different to when I talk to my Western friends, the "graphics" conversation often comes up then.

Of course that's not gonna be the case 100% of the time, so you might think this is a generalization, but I'm totally confident that graphics in Japan are an order of magnitude less important than in the West.
