Kind of proves Kart>Smash in Japan

Preorders and FW of Smash on 3DS being higher though isnt a surprise, after all 3DS is a strong system that has sold quite well now in Japan. When MK7 launched it was kind of struggling a bit in comparison.

I'll try :) That said MK is overall bigger no doubt, but i think many underestimate it. The difference between them is that SSB is still a fighting genre and those are suppose to be amoung the lowest, look up overall those sales! But i wont make a big deal about it.

Just showing everyone how well SSB is doing. Comparing it to the other 1st party titles cuz of the ratio is better put. I think many will be surprised on how well it does in japan. Many predictions (talking months ago) were between 300k-500k FW with a couple exceptions of 600k+ (i know Hiska and myself said over 600k way back before pre orders were this far!)

Yeah I would say putting SSB on 3DS was the best move for the series in Japan.
