But personally I think it's most likely some sort of adjustments based on available stock especially concerning the limited edition.

I thought maybe they over pre ordered it, maybe they had to cancel 9 of the LE because they only had 55 in coming.

Nice! Though come to think of it, maybe we should expand the negatives a bit more so we have something to call it when stuff like this happens. For the sake of simplicity, -1 to -4 could be Negabeasting, -5 to -9 could be a Negarampage, and -10 could be a Negaburst.
