Why did we need a new one?

It wasn't necessarily needed per se, but with the -2 glitch, boutros actually being "rewarded" (I know, it's all fluff, but he's been missing out on points for years now) for the work he's been doing, ability to edit the title and OP, and the rest of the COMG crew calling for a new thead, I felt it was time for a new COMG thread.
