Yeah I think he was screaming kill me. But I find it funny how loosely they use the term terrorist.

cop took way to long, the guy was probably late for a job interview now they cost him a job, thx Obama

The female cop who was in the passenger side is the one who was going towards the car. She first walked around the back of the police vehicle and then when she was near the driver side door, that's when the shooter emerged.
