I have a new one. I am happy that EA got the rights to make Star Wars games

- mobile phone gaming is going to kill the handheld market.
- I don't mind DLC. If you don't want it....don't buy it.
- Call of Duty is awesome. It costs $60 and its worth every penny

IMO

Platinums: Red Dead Redemption, Killzone 2, LittleBigPlanet, Terminator Salvation, Uncharted 1, inFamous Second Son, Rocket League

I even like it as long as it isn´t Day one

Here goes:
I like EA.
I want Nintendo to become a software-only company.
TellTale's The Walking Dead was boring. Basically made up of just action-events.

Mirror's Edge was a nigh-unplayable mess.

That's an unpopular opinion?

I thought people liked Mirror's Edge?

Hmm, maybe they do. All I remember was mind numbing frustration and douche chills from the crappy story. I just don't see how it would be appealing to anyone I guess.

Speaking of douche chills.... Deus Ex: Human Revolution's story had to have been thought of by pretentious douchebags. Also, the main character has to be the weakest cyborg in the history of cyborgs. Punches a guy, has to take a break. Runs 20 feet, has to take a break. Runs on FUCKING BATTERIES!

I think Skyrim is like the Call of Duty in the RPG world, and saying that you're a hardcore gamer because u have played 140 hours on Skyrim makes me think that you are terrible at games. What i am saying is that Skyrim is for the most casual of casuals in the RPG world and i really dont think its a good game, infact i think you are a disgrace to the gaming community if you love playing that game, i feel like that game belittles the gaming community as a whole.

tl;dr i hate skyrim with a passion

I like the Water Temple in Zelda: Ocarina of Time (N64 version). I think it's challenging and I don't mind changing Link's boots.

I think Metal Gear Solid is the most overrated game series ever (right next to Final Fantasy). The game is a pure action shooter in drag as a stealth game. The story makes the plots of most animes look Shakespearean by comparision.

I almost never see people bashing Metal Gear so that is probably my most unpopular opinion. Here are a few others ...

-Bioshock (1, 2, and 3) has one of the worst stories (in terms of its message ) in video game history.

-Gamestop is not an evil empire. Assuming you are just going there to pick up some old games (2-3 years old) you can actually get some nice deals if you compare prices properly. I think the people that complain about trade values are way off the mark too ... if you want more money then don't be lazy and actually put your game up on Ebay instead of strolling into Gamestop while asking for cash (ignoring all the bonus offers that could make the trade value respectable).

-First party exclusive games almost always suck (from any of the big 3). They cast too narrow of a net in order to grab fans and to broadly appeal to gamers that don't have the system yet. Third party multiplat games tend to take more risks ... although not as often as they used to.

Last few Zelda games I've found boring and contrived, and forced myself through some of them.

Super Smash Bros Brawl was a big disappointment for me in almost every single way possible except for the music. The gameplay wasn't as responsive as Melee, the "story" mode wasn't that good, and don't even get me started on the online multiplayer (or lack thereof).

Battlefield 3 was a wasted purchase IMO... I bought into the hype wanting a change of pace from CoD, but the multiplayer in BF3 just can't compare.

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.
