Forums - Gaming - Are Playstation Fans upset with Microsoft for getting all dem PS2 Exclusives on Xbox 360?

Not really any need to be upset is there? As long as they're not losing the ability to play those games on their system of choice, why should they be mad?

If anything, PS2 fans should be happy that so many exclusive games came to Xbox. It allowed them to get 360 if they so chose, without missing out on many important titles. It means more options for everyone. Seems like a win to me.

PS One/2/p/3slim/Vita owner. I survived the Apocalyps3/Collaps3 and all I got was this lousy signature.

Xbox One: What are you doing Dave?

Nope, only FF fans....

Hmm almost sounds similar to GTA 4

But Destiny was never on Xbox before since its new. It is also not a proven franchise yet like how FF was.

Bungie would've also needed to lead the xbox fans on as if Destiny was exclusive at a time where the Xbox was getting nothing but sloppy ports that looked washed up making Xbox fans focus more on exclusives being built specifically for it. Then Sony would have needed to talk about Xbox throughout their conference and talking about securing Xbox games then reveal it.

..that Destiny thing is not in the same ball park as the FF13 announcement..

you dont think the bungie thing at the ps4 reveal wasnt calculated  and meant to throw daggers?  if bungie show up at any ms even the 21st or E3 i will be shocked

didn't the xbox also lose many exclusive franchises this gen? mass effect, ninja gaiden, dead or alive, splinter cell etc

Im just saying that it didnt hold a candle to the E3 FF13 360 announcement

That annoucement was the very definition of ownage. It is almost ridiculous how perfect executed that announcement was.

Destiny had already been rumored to be on PS platforms also

Nah, nobody dominated and controlled 3rd party developers more then Nintendo during the NES era you guys are just to young to realize that.

PS3 has more million sellers from different franchises and genres than X360 and the most diserable console right now is the PS3 and sells show it weekly. Gamers come to Playstation for variety and that shows in software sells and the franchises' split sells.

According to this website we're on, 360 has 179 million sellers to 174 on PS3. On PS3 you have 10 genres with million sellers, on 360 you have 11. So there goes that claim about different genres. As for variety, 360 has an edge in shooters, racing games, and "misc" games (which includes music, dance games, games like Kinect Adventures). PS3 has an edge in platformers, fighters, and action games. They are virtually even in sports, RPG, adventure, and simulation. So there goes that variety claim too. If it were really a variety box, 360 would only have an edge in shooters since everyone claims it's just a shooter box.

I don't remember about Ninja Gaiden but DoA and Splinter Cell were on other platforms last gen.
