What are these 50+ adventure games you're talking about? Are 40 of them independent games? Are they all point and click adventures or just adventures?

| zerosaurus said: It certainly is a fun game. I've found myself pacing myself with it. Solve one level per day. That said, I have one complaint. Bonelich! Succeeding in that stupid bell game is friggin impossible. Apparently Barbaro would've been very dissappointed having me as his musician. I've started skipping them when I see the skull. |
Dude, what are you talking about? That's one of the best parts of the game! Not to mention that you actually do have to complete some to upgrade Wiki. Just keep practicing and you'll get better, like I did. Feel the music and waggle-waggle! It's so fun XD

Okay, here's the deal with Bonelich.
Everybody's intuition with Bonelich is that you waggle the wii remote to the beat, but that's not what the game is looking for! The game is looking for a streak of IR light to flash past the camera on the beat. In other words, you don't want to flick your wrist on the beat, you want to point the wiimote at the sensor bar on the beat.
There are other puzzles in the game that use IR when you might think they use motion, such as the fishing puzzle. It's a substantial failure of the game's design that almost everybody fails to understand the actual input mechanic used for these puzzles.

will try that famousringo - I was stuck on that for 3 hours last night and gave3 up, it doesn't ley you know when you're right or wrong, how to do the red zig zag parts of it, what you're target is (do you have to get it all right) or anything.
Extremely bad instructions and implementation on that part so if this makes it a little easier then fantastic.

i love z&w
hopefully we'll see more puzzling adventure games on wii AND on the ds (which i plan to buy this year)
Bets:Missed by 420k I bet leo-j vg$500 that wii will sell 31 million by 7/31/08. Sorry, I don't think he has enough vg$ to make it with all of u that wish you could. Hit, with room to spare I bet kingofwale a 1-week ban that wii Americas ltd sales>360 Americas ltd sales as of the numbers for week ending 7/05/08 (using vgchartz homepage #s)
Predictions:
Wii will sell 18-20mil by 12/31/07 CHECKWii will sell 45mil+ WW by 12/31/08Wii will surpass PS2 sales WW by 11/17/11 (5yr anniversary)Wii Fit will hit 12mil sales in 2009MKWii+SSBB+Wii Fit+SMG > 50 mil sales by 2010 > gta4+mgs+gt5+ff13+haze+lbpBonelich is simple. Remember the most important part of this game is how you hold the wiimote.
1. Hold the remote relatively straight up with the buttons facing you.
2. Watch the next little bell.
3. When it turns white flick your wrist forward as if you were drumming in air. The buttons should go from facing your to facing the ceiling.
4. When it hits the red lines just keep drumming until it reaches the end.
I don't know about it using the sensor or the motion, personally I think it is motion.
I don't get people's trouble with Bonelich. I completed them with wrist-flicking, not by aiming at the sensor bar, and except for the first one, none of them took me more than a couple of tries. Some tips:
-Don't flick the Wiimote horizontally, but vertically: like superchunk said, as if you're drumming in the air.
-On the extended notes, start with a normal shake, then 'vibrate' quickly up and down: do NOT keep shaking on a normal tempo. Make sure you stop at the right time.
-Most pieces contain a basic rhythm with some diversions: keep following that rhythm and watch out for the coming diversions.
I drink your milkshake.
I´m very interested in this game, maybe I´ll buy it in the next months.
