PS3 will drop quite a bit after The Last of Us releases, but a possible GT6 could help it stay afloat. I think next month we will see a pretty large shift to PS4/720, and another big shift the month after.

Nintendo's stats will change according to their next Nintendo Direct presentation. I feel that they have a lot of Wii U games planned for fall 2013, and they will announce them soon.

As for my opinions, I'm a bit disappointed at the actual games coming out, mostly still sequels, and nothing I'm super hyped for for WiiU/3DS. Zelda would have been awesome if it were a 3D game like OoT, and I'm kinda hoping on my JRPG's for the 3DS. For WiiU I'm still waiting on a few system sellers, and some info for Wonderful 101.

Another month, another victory for The Last of Us.

Is anyone else getting tired of this to happen? Don't get me wrong, it's not that I have something against the game, but knowing which game will come on top every month takes away part ot the "fun" when waiting for the results.

Not a bad month overall, I expect this May to be worse when it comes to nº of votes as some will wait until the 22th to vote and then wait a bit more until E3.

It was suppose to come this month. May 7th Grrrr. Much better date in my opinion than June 14th. Free E3 promotion though if that counts. Things will shake after E3 i think. Lot of new games and more info games already announced.

The weakening of GTAV is the thing that continues to fascinate me, really.

This month at least, we can attribute it to the general lack of voters. But yeah, I suspect thoughts of the next gen are having their toll.

It's better to have a better game later, then a slightly worse game, slightly sooner. I really love how well made some Sony and Nintendo IP's can be, and I've seen how bad some can be with just a little less effort (e.g. PSAL Battle Royal, Twisted Metal PS3, Super Paper Mario - which is the best selling of the series :-O, etc).

First of all, keep up the great work Salnax, I always look forward to these results. They are the reason why I joined VGC (to vote, I watched them for months before joining), and I always dedicate a good half hour to go over the results. I often learn about a new exclusive on these charts first, so they make an impact on what I buy.

As for this post, this gives me a reason to believe GTAV will also be a launch title for Nextbox and PS4. It won't look much better on PS4/Nextbox, but the difference will be noticable.
