Most of these are not even the top of their kind, we all know Germany makes the best Tanks, Britain makes the best Jets, and Russia makes the best Submarines, what the hell is this US Bias?, that "Laser Aircraft" isn't even in use, and actually was cancelled because its kind of a stupid idea, that instead of making a jet they use stationary sensors on the ground, its better.

Agree. The Abram tank even uses parts that come from Rheinmetall. Leopard is the original.  I disagree with submarines and jets, Germans make the best u boats and the F22 is still unrivalled.

You really shouldn't take the 'Discovery' Channel seriously anymore. It's sadly turned into part of a propaganda machine for a particular party. Like the 'History' channel, "Siffee' (SyFy) or the 'Learning' channel they are just about only the names remain. (Except in the name of the SciFi channel, even its name is repugnant.)

It's too bad. I remember when it used to have good shows. But fortunately, I can get several on Netflix.

I disagree with the bolded, the reason why so many like the F22 is because it was the sucessor to the most popular jet plane during the Gulf War , the F-16, they mass produced them in ridiculous numbers, so most pilots use them nowadays, and by the time the next upgrade came to be , F22 became the standard , while F-16 became the most common.

I've never seen Discovery Channel since they made those cool "Martial Arts" shows that were cleverly narrated by a guy with a fake Bruce Lee accent, those were hilarious, I've not known they became like MTV and turned bad, so this caught me by surprise really.

I don't think the US military will show off their newest badass "top secret" weapons to the world. they'll always show off the last year top model when shes obsolete.

The german leopard tank is the best MBT - not the Abrams, but the F22 is the best fighter - not the Euro Jet, the global Hawk FAILED so how the fuck that got into the list is beyond me, and the airbourne laser amounted to nothing so again - wtf is that doing on the list?! Why does it not have the B52 or simple cruise missile, or even the new drones? Oh, and the UK makes the best subs, not Russia aas their subs are actually very old and poor.
