I remember last year, when games had their DLCs announced at the launch day. Now they announce them even before the game itself releases. If things keep going that way, in a few years, they will probably release the DLCs before than the game.

DLCs announced before release, multiplayer sold separately... next gen keeps looking more and more interesting each day.

The atmosphere is way heavier here than in Fallout, mainly because the game takes itself more seriously. That being said, it is pretty inmersive for a FPS. Had tons of small things that I loved, like reloading a pneumatic weapon, that your gas mask can break (you see the damage) if you substain too much damage or that it tried fresh things several times, like implementing - although rough - stealth.
My PC just sighed with relief. He's still recovering from when I played the first Metro.

Ya I just looked up the previous game. I skipped it since it didn't come out for ps3 and my xbox had broken down by then already lol. I might check out this game on the infinity/ps4 though. It sounds good though by your post.

I think this and the Witcher coming over are the first benefits we're seeing of that PC-like architecture.
edit: metro is coming to PS3 isn't it. Well, just the Witcher then, lol.

good idea, will be already one of the best looking ps4 game then even with a release for ps360
i wonder about the resolution, fps and if it can reach ultra settings but i think it will be like high pc settings with 1080p and 30fps.
