The atmosphere is way heavier here than in Fallout, mainly because the game takes itself more seriously. That being said, it is pretty inmersive for a FPS. Had tons of small things that I loved, like reloading a pneumatic weapon, that your gas mask can break (you see the damage) if you substain too much damage or that it tried fresh things several times, like implementing - although rough - stealth.
