Actually there's a couple......

Super Smash Bros. Brawl
When it's just me and the cpus, Sometimes I get tossed like a rag-doll due to all of them coming at me at once. I'm fighting a donkey kong cpu, and bowser will come and grab me which gives DK the opportunity to punch me off stage and the third be it any character with a push down attack will strike me down to that never ending pit.

F-Zero, omg, I'll be doing fine until a CPU will hit me; I go flying all around the track, bouncing off the rails and I'll never be able to catch up. & just to add insult to injury I'll pick up speed/acceleration only to get hit again until I reach the finish line or explode.

GT5: Getting gold on all license tests with just a controller.

Did you really do that? EPIC!

Where I bought GT5 I said to myself "I will only use controller for the Licence events"... so for now I failed.

I just didn't used the whell because I belive one day I will get gold and finished all the licence events only using the controller.

Lol, I just noticed what I wrote is a bit misleading. It's still a work in progress. I got all gold on National B, National A, and International C. I've been stuck on IB-5 for quite some time now. The frustrating part is that I soooooo close to getting the gold and moving on.

I am the Playstation Avenger.

A very rage-inducing moment I had recently was the fight #20 in Dead or Alive: Dimensions Tag Team Mode. The enemies have about 10-15x your health and are MUCH stronger than you (1 combo throw or 1 counter will do about 80-90% damage). Needless to say I got destroyed the first 20-30 times I tried it. Then, when I was just about to give up something suddenly clicked anf I downed the first of them without sustaining too much damage. I then proceeded to bring the other one down to about 1% HP, I literally only needed one more hit. As I tried to counter his attack my CPU ally decided to tag in and got caught in the combo -> dead
During the entering animation the CPU opponent launched his second combo and got me without a chance to counter -> dead

At this point I literally threw my 3DS against the wall, thankfully it didn't receive any lasting damage besides some scratches on the case (it is a Nintendo product afterall :D)

SSBM-Giga bowser event match. I used Jigglypuff's rest. So hard.

Wind Waker-Triforce Quest

Okami-That one bloom dance that Mr.Orange does and you have to help him. Got stuck for an hour and a half on that.

Halo 1-Libarry level on Legendary

http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/profile/92109/nintendopie/ Nintendopie  Was obviously right and I was obviously wrong. I will forever be a lesser being than them. (6/16/13)

Assassin's Creed 3: Me, "Get off the ledge you stupid fucker!!!" Plus, various sections were ridiculously broken.

Ninja Gaiden 3: Razors Edge: Cut up a lowly foot soldier. Said soldier grabs you with no way of you breaking out and kamikaze explodes, taking a 3rd of my health. Said soldier's friend decides to do the same thing, taking another 3rd of my health.

GT5: Getting gold on all license tests with just a controller. EDIT: TRYING to get gold on all license tests in GT5 with just a controller. I'm currently stuck on IB-5.

Various RPGs: Getting back into them after a year or two if neglect and not remembering what I'm supposed to do next (Wild Arms 3).

Mortal Kombat: Shao Kahn's cheap ass.

I know a friend that has all gold on gt5 licenses using just controller. He is a perfectionist when it comes to getting gold on license tests.

Ninja Gaiden NES stage 6-2,

Losing at the final boss and being reset to 6-1.  You feel hope die in that moment.

That fuckin' "Chase Calita" from the broken mess that was Driv3r. Seriously, that mission is beyond salvation. You have everything against you, you don't even start the chase properly (You need to turn 180º degrees with the car) and if Calita crashes, nothing happens (She goes on escaping), however, if you do crash, you lose.

THAT FUCKING MISSION.
