Same here, I updagrated it from my Wii VC, it's fun to play on the Gamepad ;)

Super Metroid is not coming soon enough lol

This week's european update:

- Pac-Man
- Mega Man

UncleScrooge's comment: That's just two games and we're only one week in. I really want to be excited about the Wii U VC (and I'm happily playing Mario World again for €1.50) but I don't believe we'll get more than 2-3 games per week. This will be the same slow trickle all over again. 5 games per week would be a good pace. Well, I haven't lost all hope yet but this week's update is a bummer. Interestingly, a bunch of games that have been or will be released on the Wii U have been put on the 3DS eShop this week (Ice Climber, Mario & Yoshi, Balloon Fight). Looks like games are easily portable between the Wii U and the 3DS emulator. This could bode well for Nintendo's future account system (in the end what's the purpose of an account system if the games aren't available on all consoles?)

Do you have a link for the european VC? maybe an official one on the NOE website or something?

Let's not jump to conclusions just yet.

Maybe we should wait a few weeks before saying after it's 1ST WEEK of Wii U VC releases we are ONLY getting 2 games per week.

This week's european update:

- Solomon's Key (NES, €4.99)

- Xevious (NES, €4.99)

Also, Capcom stated they'll bring more SNES games to the Wii U Virtual Console in the future.

Ehem. 30 cent Super Metroid this week. Optimized 50Hz version for Europe.

And the biweekly update..
Super Mario Bros. 2
Super Ghouls 'n Ghosts

You say tomato, I say tomato

"¡Viva la Ñ!"

Just downloaded Super Metroid. It's such an awesome game and I'm looking forward to replaying it. Also, we got 3 games this week instead of two. Yay!

In case anyone's interested in Super Mario Bros. 2: It's currently €3.99 on the european eShop. Super Mario World is on sale too I think but I can't see the price as I got that one already (it just says "sale"). I really hope there'll be temporary price cuts for VC games. There's a lot of games I could see myself buying in case of a price drop.

I'd love this thread to be updated with vids and pics and pricing information for each game btw. I'm sure it'll pick up once more games hit the eShop.

This thread is alive... Aliiiiivvvvvveeeee!!!!!!
