I dont think Chael has what it takes to beat jones. He might be able to put him on his back, but Chaels ground and pound has always been weak and he rarely goes for submissions. If he had a stronger offensive ground game, Chael really could be a much more effective fighter. He just brings pressure and the ability to smother opponents and ware them out. Jones' skill set is too wide, he beats chael standing, in the clinch and if he gains top position his elbows are devastating. I see that ending in an easy tko or submission victory for Jon.

If it were an actual game of tekken, Uriah was the better player but Kelvin button mashed block and occasionally hit him with grab move. Then the time ran out.

I've always Tekken was the fighting game that more closely ressembled real fighting. Well, mostly for all the fighting styles present in the game not for bouncing physics.

I cannot say I disagree with your assessment. Bones is a lot younger and in his prime at an earlier age than most. I still feel Sonnen gets fights more often due to his personality and popularuity resulting from this. His willingness to fight any time and make everything leading up to the event entertaining. Dana sets up many matches based on entertainment value, and better resulting profit rather than just giving anyone a chance. Hence, why I think he is having women coach the next ultimate fighter. He is in dire need of gaining more support for the women so it makes since.

As far as I know, Bones does not have many guys that up to his level so Chael is a good choice and the obvious loud mouth, funny underdog. If Bones wins I hope they put him up against Anderson Silva.

That fraud Chael shouldn't even be in the title fight. He's hasn't fought at 205lbs in 7 years and he moved down to 185 because he was getting his ass handed to him. I will never get all of the love for Chael Sonnen. He's cheater both in and out of the Octagon. He failed his drug test after his first fight with Anderson Silva with a 16.9 to 1 ratio. He's a boring lay & pray fighter with poor stand up and terrible submission defense. I guess if you cut promos like The Rock it doesn't matter if you are actually talented.

Blame Dana. It is funny you wrote this just after my post. Like it or not very casual fans of the sport will only order the fights when there is an interesting personality on the card. Jones is very strong in his wrestling too so I do not see him as increadibly more entertaining than any other wrestling dominant fighter. Jones does not really have a good personality, but increadible talent.
