I think instead of a "Hey" shout, they should have a "Over Here!" shout.

A few times in that game I was pointing out hearts to people who didnt pick them up. They also ignored my calls for help when I was cursed.

There actually is, just tap on the map where you want to highlight. Also, it's probably because we were busy doing stuff that we didn't come right away.
