Considering Vesperia on 360 nearly killed them.......no.
http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/profile/92109/nintendopie/ Nintendopie Was obviously right and I was obviously wrong. I will forever be a lesser being than them. (6/16/13)

Well then what exactly did give the Tales studio that massive debt back in 2010?

So a game that sold .11 less than Tales of Graces F almost killed the Tales studio?
If money is they concern, they should go multiplat. Vesperia sales combined reach the level of Symphonia.

the game didn't "nearly" kill them, but the series does belong on the PS3, the sales reflect that

You mean Nintendo. The top game in sales (and in quality up to these days) is Tales of Symphonia, which is exclusive to the Gamecube.

Every mainline Tales game has either originally been on a Sony platform, or the few that haven't have been ported later to a Sony platform with upgrades and additions.
It won't be any different this time. It's effectively a Sony franchise like the Atelier series.
