Even though Sega doesn't really match the Targaryens, I think what you have is probably the best example.  But I would still say Microsoft is the Starks, there were rumors that Microsoft and Sony were teaming up to starve Nintendo from 3rd party support, so that's kinds like when Rob and Renly were teaming up, but Stannis(Vita) betrayed his brother, stole his men then attacked the Lannisters and failed(Vita/3ds competition), but Stannis is coming back with the ps4.  And microsoft is kinda, not doing so well with these online rumors.

Close, but I think Renly is more aptly set as the Vita, and PS4 will kill it by making it a controller. Also renly never teamed up with Rob.

Anyway, who do we have left?

I'd say Apple is the Tyrells because they are just lannisters of a different color (symbolizing the color strategy of apple and nintendo) and they are rich.

So current postions as far as houses goes as?

Microsoft-Stark or White Walkers

Nintendo-Lannister

Ouya-random street peasent from who knows where

lol apple doesn't even have a gaming central device.

Rob stark tried to team up with Renly....renly just died, similar to how sony launched the vita, but it kinda failed.   Anyways, I still think microsoft is the Starks.  And I agree about the Tyrells and apple.  How about Valve as the Wildlings?

Say it stays on market till 2017

It still hasn't reached $200, a price PS2 was at 2 years into its cycle.

I'm saying it's possible to have 10m this year bringing it to 81m (probably more but let's go with VGchartz

It gets another cut in 2014 to $150 and I say it reaches 8m that year so 89m

2015=5m to bring it to 94m

2016=3m to bring it to 97m

2017=2m to bring it to 99m

throw in some sales past that and the undertracking and you've got about PSone levels here I say (could be pessimistic with my predictions too).

Not a certainty but possible.

I'd say Apple is the Tyrells because they are just lannisters of a different color (symbolizing the color strategy of apple and nintendo) and they are rich.

Major houses are Stark, Targaryen, Lannister, Tully, Tyrell, Baratheon, Martell, Arryn, and Greyjoy.  Add Frey and Bolton if you really hate a company.  

Tyrells are opportunists, it is the legacy of winning from house Gardener without spilling blood themselves.  They are the bread basket of the kingdom and enjoy plenty at all times.  They are naturally positioned to wealth and power, and never risk too much as know how fragile position can be. Lannister is forged out of cunning (how they won Castlerly Rock in age of heroes) and their mines. Tytus nearly lost it all before Tywin reminded that a "cat of a different cloak" still has claws and restored the glory of the house.

See because Lannister (jamie) killed Targ (Genesis) then the usurper (sony) stole the chair (CD) then Sony died, and the incest baby (wii) took the throne. Meanwhile the whitewalkers (MS) have been stirring and they're always online (don't sleep), and Sega is still making games on the side in the far east(danaerys) with Drogo (The dreamcast VMU) who was lost to piracy (magic ^_^). At the same-time the wildlings of the Steambox are lots of PC allies (non console gamers).
Meanwhile the Tyrells are just making money waiting for an opportunity.
