It's just funny that people are still trying to deny microsoft's intent lol. They're having to change things up big time, considering the smartphone revolution tore their entire reality apart. Or maybe that was Apple and Google that did that...

As for their gaming situation. I don't think microsoft is stupid enough to present Halo, Gears, Forza and Fable as their only core titles. They better have something real good, and something real NEW for dedicated gamers, or it's going to be another kinect filled E3.

I think that MS has lost their touch recently. Their phones are a disaster, nobody on the planet wants Windows 8, now they are doing some crazy stuff to the next X-box. We'll see how it turns out, but so far the gossips aren't exciting.

The only reason Microsoft is calling women the new core is because they found a new revenue stream from females playing Kinect. Core to Microsoft means strong buyers. They are kind of out of touch. Leave them to themselves.
