Strange list. I'd go for 1998 as the best year in gaming, and either SNES or PS2 as the best console. It's weird that the top years in gaming on this list are from the 80s and 90s, but the top three consoles are from the most recent generation.

But I loved the old cube. :( Either way, it's an opinion I don't share. For me it's the SNES. MONSTER system when you look back. People may say PS2 but SNES had much less shovelware. :-p
