Exactly! Even though BF3 was a great game in the other BF games I had no problem recognizing my enemy's and teamates. However in BF3 that was a large problem for me along with the downgrade of the level of destruction.

Sounds good. I vaguely remember reading that EA were planning to make Frostbyte 3 their next gen engine for multiple developers. I think Bioware are using it for Dragon Age 3?

odd... pretty sure it was stated earlier that BF3 used like 30% of Frostbite 2 while BF4 was going to use like 80%. Why is it a whole new version all of a sudden?

Good point. Probably they just realized they had added enough features to justify renaming the engine as an entirely new version for stronger marketing impact.
