Vita: VUTA (vuu=freezing noise), 売女(baita: prostitute)
WiiU: Wiiうんこ(wii unko: wii shit), Wiiちんこ（wii chinko: because the U logo looks like a dick), WiiVUUU(again vuu=freezing noise), レンガ(brick)
3DS: 3デス(3Death), 3rd Destroy System (referring to third parties)

It's just playing on the abbreviation 3DS

What I meant is that I understand the context for the 1st 2. I don't know if the 3DS nickname refers to

A.3rd parties are being destroyed? by being on the system (Monster Hunter as an example)

B.3rd parties are destroying the system somehow.

It's from the notion that most third parties don't do well on the system, and somewhat carried over from Wii/DS. Not big companies like Square Enix or Capcom, but numerous small-medium size developers who tried their hand at the system(s). In other words it's a reference to the lockdown on the system by Nintendo games and other giant brands blocking out smaller developers from doing well, because at the end of the day the users would rather buy Mario or Dragon Quest.
