The problem with criticx today is if you make a game to similar they will complain that if offers nothing new and isnt innovative and if you make them innovative and fresh they will complain that it doesnt feel like previous games. Thats the fate of sequels. Never trust a reviewer. I only buy games if i like what i see. I never give a damn about what a reviewer said.

so true.

The Gears:J OverRun demo is available to everyone now so try it yourself. I did and I gotta say it's extremely fun and requires tons of teamwork.

Downloading Overrun, which has become available in Xbox Live! I'll tell you what I think about later =P

I went ahead and got the game. Only played a few rounds of Overrun and one TDM game.

Overrun is incredible. If supported well, this could be a very popular mode for years. I love how you earn points which then unlocks a better Locust to control when you're on the Locust side.

The TDM map was library.. seemed like Gears.

I didn't play much Gears 3, bored me to tears SP wise. It's nice to be back.

Overrun is incredible...as long as you have a competent team. Really, this mode can be either incredible amazing or a borefest depending who you are paired with. My first two attempts at Overrun was boring, because my team was seriously horrible. The third one, oh, the third one! That one took the cake. It lasted a lot, and left me a very good impression. It was actually challenging, and most important, fun.

I can't believe you didn't like Gears 3, SP wise D:

I dont agree with God of War's review scores and prob wont agree with Judgments either. I just picked up my copy of Judgement and while the low MP map count is a let down what I have read about the campaign sounds pretty awesome. I think I will really like the Declassified missions. The graphics looks awesome as well.

Yeah I just played a match on some factory type stage and we were in round 2 defending. I was a medic and the enemies were all coming in one way and picking the grenadier guys so my teammates all sat around the corner repairing the barricades and shooting them and I kept replenishing their health. It was great teamwork and we won. Like any team based game online though, yeah, you get bad teammates and you get rolled pretty hard.

Cool, back up to an 80.

Overrun is really incredible. Every time I play I am finding new strategies. Just finished a game with 20k+ points, most of it support.

In the demo I was just dashing with the tickers to the E-hole.

Yeah I like doing that. People have finally started to figure out that you can just melee them and send them flying away from you. So now you have to mix it up a little, zig zag some. Time your burst right to run right by them.
