i can't say. Vita sales these past 2 weeks have been unpredictable. I'd rather not embarrass myself with a stupid prediction.

PSP did really well in Japan too. Did it ever surpass DS though?

Unless they have more games coming every 1-2 weeks of decent impact, I think sales will sink back to where they were before, maybe a bit higher because of the lower price. Unless some miracle happens like Soul Sacrifice is able to hold like Monster Hunter did.

The GameCube would spike once in a while like this in Japan too, but obviously long term could not hold up to the PS2.
