If you consider it some kind of advertisement, well, companies tend to invest money on that. Whether it is a good kind of advertisements that is arguable, but if you think about it, the fact that we are here talking about this, kind of shows that it is creating some kind of discussion about this game.

Also, seems Geoff is going to talk to some guy, Kojima may be simply paying some guy to play the farse, I don't think he would be spending too much money on this in reality, don't you think?

that wasn't exaggerating.   Exaggerating would be saying that the only reason it's not out yet is because he's trying to break his own record for longest final cut scene (1 1/2 hours in MGS4) and the actual gameplay is only 5 hours.
