1.-Kingdom Hearts III
2.-Chrono Trigger/Cross sequel
3.-Xenoblade 2 (will probably happen)
4.-Pokemon Stadium 3
5.-Age of Empires IV
6.-Banjo Kazooie 3
7.-Mario RPG 2 or Paper Mario sequel for WiiU with more RPG elements

What? Heavenly Sword and Beyond Good & Evil haven't seen any sequels. I don't see much potential for sequels to the PS1/N64 era and beyond. 

Sorry, I mean release, but most of those did have multiple sequels.

For me:

1. Super Mario RPG - Square Enix make amazing JRPG's and Super Mario RPG was one of their best games. A Uniquely Nintendo, and quality JRPG, a partnership like this again is probably something every Nintendo fan wants to see.

2. Chrono Trigger/Cross - Just the best JRPG ever, needs a good sequel

3. Golden Sun (GBA) - The DS game takes place like 20 years after the first 2. No, I want to see a sequel to the original trilogy (It ended at part 2!)

4. Metroid Fusion - I'd like to see a 1st person persepective on the main story Metroid games (1, 2, Super, Fusion). Metroid Prime was excellent, but I want to see a FPA Metroid game from a different time in the games history.

5. Mass Effect - Epic Trilogy, nuff said.

6. Lost Odyssey - The best JRPG of the 7th gen (IMO) by the creators of Final Fantasy with a story about immortals. The possibilities are endess, a sequel would be awesome!

7. Conker - CBFD was one of the best, funny as hell platformers around. Microsoft should really take advantage of this epic IP and make a proper sequel.

8. XenoGears - We saw XenoBlade, and are likely seeing a XenoBlade 2, but what about a sequel to the more traditional XenoGears? This was probably my favorite PS1 game.

9. Kirby's Dream Course/Tilt n'Tumble - Hey, an odd one, but these games are fun as hell.

10. Front Mission - Great franchise, tough SRPG.

Golden Sun is getting a new one as a 3DS exclusive. I would like to see the floating city hinted at in Golden Sun 2.

And I believe Mass Effect 4 was announced.

9. Turok 4 (a direct sequel to Shadow of Oblivion, one that ignores Evolution and the 2008 reboot)
8. Killer Instinct 3
7. Jade Empire 2
6. TimeSplitters 4
5. Left 4 Dead 3
4. Loom 2
3. Banjo-Threeie
2. Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance III
1. Beyond Good & Evil 2

I would also like to see a prequel to Tales of Symphonia, which I can't really describe in detail without massive spoilers.

If I could have a sequel to any game it would be Alan Wake 2

Ahhh that's all I really have. Even thinking of those 6 took me a while and half of them are givens.

I go to the remedy forums and they've pretty much not directly, but beat around the bush and said their next game is Alan Wake 2.

Wait...What?? A new Golden Sun? I hope it's a direct sequel to the GBA games and not Dark Dawn.

As for Mass Effect (NOT 4!!), I know there is a sequel, doesn't mean I don't want it. LOL, the 10 I gave are the 10 I want to see period, only 1 has a planned sequel (Maybe 2 if what you say about Golden Sun is true).
