True, though I don't think the whining on the forums are completely uncalled for. Mostly because some people (including me) started playing with the expectation that I'd be able to transfer whenever (I thought it was included in the game). Would've been nice to know the exact date... I'm assuming Capcom is having problems getting Nintendo to put the damn thing on the shop.

Oh no, you're correct. If a feature is advertised then you expect it to be ready for launch! But at least the problem is being solved swiftly and before the game has released in all territories, so any effect would be minimal
