More the 145 million sold of the PS3 & 360 Hardware.

Less then 30 million 3DS hardware sold.

Piracy has traditionally been a big part of it.  It's hurt both brands badly.  However, with the new genration of handhelds, I think it's important to remember that they probably do a greater percentage of business digitally than the home consoles.  I know the Vita does, that's already been confirmed.

I wasn't talking about PS360 or 3Ds  specifically  I said consoles and handelds didn't you read  the per unit  part , what I'm talking about is historically the handhelds software to units sold ratio is far less then the consoles by unit sales take the PS2 and the DS  both with similar sales one did 1.5 billion and the other about 900m and the WII 50 mill less hardware sales and around 900mill in sotfware.

Piracy is not an issue with the 3DS, no one has hacked it.

Recently, they have gotten as far as the Friends List, but then it gets bricked on Firmware 1.0.0-0U.

I didn't say it was.  I said traditionally, which refers to previous handhelds.

PS3 1,293,084 (-89%) 73,078,018

3DS will probably sell more in the end, but to say it will be "king" is going to far. PS3 won't be far behind.
