Oh my gawd! I played this game when I was young! MAster System was my first console. The controls were unbelievably bad and I never finished the game! I have to download the ROM and play it again ;)

looks pretty good in my live stream at least, I can't see the stuff you are talking about. 720p 60 FPS video of course, and I get some lag when tessellation gets crazy but hopefully future driver updates will resolve that issue.

I don't see any of what he's saying either, and I fully max it out in 1080p. Though, I had to turn tessellation off (a bummer too), as it was causing game crashes when paired with SLI & TressFX, but I'm sure a patch should cover that.

while you are at it, can you take some SS with no Tess and with? I wanna see where the difference lies, or if there are any environment differences lol.

I will gladly do a proper comparison when I can run the damn game with tessellation on and not have it crash after a few footsteps

People comparing this to Uncharted 3 and saying Tomb Raider has better graphics/presentation are forgetting that in Uncharted, you actually go to play in real-time within the sinking ship, while Tomb Raider just CGI cutscene lands you on the Island.

Tomb Raider is still a great looking game and it plays even better. I would classify it as a Survival Adventure rather than an Action Adventure based on what I have played so far (PS3).

Uncharted series much more pure Action Adventure... and does have the more ludicrous scenarios where they really show off their interactive environments and technology. Things that are far more difficult to achieve than higher resolution graphics and best in class lighting etc.
