I get this weird popup whenever I visit this site on Chrome on my iPod touch. When the site fully loads, it redirects me to the appstore to download this shitty $1 app. Doesn't seem to happen when I use Safari though.

Don't use ad-block. That kills websites. Where do you think the people running the site get the money from? The ads. So by disabling them you are killing your favorite websites.

I know but without it I won't be able to use this site anymore. It's really THAT bad. My new web browser should fix the issue and block the ads.

You can set adblock with this. This sites ads are obtrusive, the only reason I even got adblock was because this site was so aweful with obtrusive ads.

Adblock Plus will always block annoying ads. Still, we want to encourage websites using plain and unobtrusive advertising. That's why we have established strict guidelines to identify acceptable ads, and allow these out of the box. You can always disable this if you want to block all ads.
