Everything seems acurate except the GPU. The GPU will be ARM Mali based.

Yes the screen is bigger though not by much. The GS3 has a 4.8 inch 720p display.

The battery in the HTC DNA lasts just about the same as the one in the GS3 and it is slightly smaller in capacity, yet powering a 1920x1080p screen with quad core cpu.

I imagine as long as this battery is of 2200-2300mAh or more, I'm sure it will be fine.

Since no previous Samsung smartphone has ever outsold the iPhone in the long-term, I'm not sure what you base your theory on.
