So I was messing around with Smart Glass earlier so I went to Xbox Video and WOW i did not realize how smooth the metro layout on the 360 was.  But there is a ton of content on Xbox Video.  I could literaly replace my DVR right now with Xbox Video at a way cheaper price.  It offers everything that i need and has Channels like HBO, Starz, AMC, and Showtime.  On DVR you have to pay a subscription for some of these channels, but not on Xbox Video.  

Really the only shows I watch is 

The Big Bang Theory
Game of Thrones
The Walking Dead
Breaking Bad

Which all of them are on there with there newest episodes XD  Also the quality is amazing and the prices are great.  I was recording it on my phone so it is bad quality or I would upload it to youtube.  I might record some with my Capture Card later though because the layout is just beautiful.  Sooooo much like Windows 8.

I guess you could say that, but you can own something.  When you buy something you choose in SD or HD and then it is yours . You can rent them as well though

Im forced to pirate cause everything we get here in NZ is like 6 months behind America, ill end up surfing the net and seeing spoilers everywhere so now I just download it on the same day it airs in the US.

Sony, iTunes and Zune have a great selection. I just wish all 3 of them used a unified DRM so I can use their content on any device, since I'm not sure of any portable players Zune videos run on other than Windows Phones. I don't plan to buy another Apple device on a while so iTunes is out of the question (Though iTunes has the best selection). Sony doesn't have as much content up here so it's not worth for me to invest in it.

I havent looked around on the PS3 yet.  I'll look around on it tonight as well.

I was just shocked that it is already able to replace DVRs.  Ill try and get a list up on later of everything it has.  Everything I looked for it has though inluding ESPN and Free TV.  It was oddly missing Dexter though.  I dont watch Dexter but I know it is popular so i looked it up.  It has showtime so they will most likely pick up dexter soon.  I guess showtime might hold out on that show since it is popular and they want you to pay for there subscription
