I think another problem is that a lot of people were hoping for an experience similar to Battlefield 3 but bigger and deeper. Instead, they got Battlefield 3 with some small changes and "Levolution". Oooooo! /sarcasm

But the thing is they didn't even try it. 3.7 million people on console (if we believe our numbers) bought the game and never even played one match online, I'm really having difficulties blaming the buggy or not improved enough multiplayer for this. I mean if I was in the position that I was interested in the Battlefield 4 multiplayer but felt it was too buggy or not enough of an improvement over the last game then I just wouldn't buy the game.

This on the other hand tells me that a significant amount of people really were just interested in that games' campaign, which is something I really didn't think would be the case.

I'm referring to the people who bought the game for the multiplayer and stopped playing after awhile. I have three friends who quit playing Battlefield 4 because they said it was just Battlefield 3 with some tweaks and a few lame ways to change the map a little.

Stunning Project CARS PS4 Screenshots Are All Taken in Game with No Tricks; DualShock 4 Will be Competitive with Wheels

Today Sony Computer Entertainment and Slightly Mad Studios released a few screenshots of the PS4 version of the beautiful Project CARS, and many immediately wondered if they were real screenshots from the game, or if some kind of trick was used to get that kind of visual glitz.

Slightly Mad Studios Creative Director Andy Tudor cleared the issue in the comments:

All screenshots were taken simply by pausing the game during gameplay and taking a screenshot.

No special modes or dev team-only features or downscaling from some huge resolution – just the same functionality that you the players will have too.

Tudor also had good news for those that intend to play the game with a DualShock 4, and don’t want to go through the (normally fairly considerable) expense of purchasing a good racing wheel:

Hey there Otto, the DualShock 4 is a fantastic controller and we’re ensuring that it not only feels great playing with it but it’s also competitive against those that prefer wheels.

Speaking of controls, he also confirmed on Twitter that the game will include a button mapping feature.
