it's almost like it is today's standards anyway
there are lots of games that are download only on PSN and XBL, and "some" are avaliable on disk.
the only difference is not every game is for downlad yet.

My office job ends at 4:30. Looking down on me with that tone just makes me smile. Id say I am incredibly social and successful outside these forums.

I think DD is the best way to battle used games sales. More DD sales and less discs means less supply of used games for gamestop. People that buy and resale them have more bargaining power when selling their disc. Gamestop will have to say bye bye to those insane profits. They will have to settle with a small decent profit, which publishers will be ok with. Problem solve...?

remind me again why should i care who you are and what you do outside of these forums? As far as i know, sales2099 is your persona and your contrubution to this universe. Your conduct and you treatment of other people in this site leaves very little desire to know you in real life. Good luck to you and your successful office job.
Really no suprise here, the question however is how will retailers react? I don't think gameshops should moan about it anyway, they don't get to sell any ios or android games either.
Also this is in line with the news that ps4 games are going to cost $60 max. Tey are cutting out the middle man.
Cool feature, but I think I'm gonna stick to discs. I don't think I'm ready for a digital only console just yet. I'm mostly scared that what happened from PS3-PS4 might happen again (not being able to take your PSN stuff with you to PS4). More research is needed. I'm in no rush for next-gen either way.
