Console FANS being the victims, or console MANUFACTURERS?

The reason I say this is that some fans can feel victimised not only from fans of other parties, but also from their own manufacturer, where they may not see eye to eye if the company does something out of the ordinary or different from what they're used to. Arguing everything that a company does is right is completely different.

Not really.

It's because people need something to "attack." Right now a lot of stuff is happening involving the PS4 so naturally it receives a lot more trolling than other things. Back during the Wii U launch it received a lot of doom and trolling because it had stuff to talk about. Once Microsoft starts making news they will become the "innocent." It's a simple factor of the amount of "happening" for the system and the ratio of fans.

With what? Trolling the WiiU? No, Nintendo fans started that shit with Vita.

And that's why Jay created this thread. Nintendo Fans didn't start anything with the Vita, Sony fans didn't start anything with the Wii U, blah blah blah. It's all a cycle.

You either haven't been here very long or were asleep in the months before Vita's launch. The 3DS doom was several times worse than any of the hate Vita gets. Plus, with the arrogance Sony fans had before Vita's launch, they deserve all the trolling they get and more.

:P

@OP, you're just wrong. If you had any ability to objectively analyze things, you'd realize that Nintendo suffers far more than Sony and MS, with Sony being by far the biggest agressors.

People actually accuse the other party of attacking their party/VGC community? That's crazy, why in the world you classify defense/debate as "attack" on the VGC Community. I mean, I understand that you would say trolling against a certain company is an attack but on the whole of VGC? I don't understand how some people can say that...

Anyhow, I always consider it as a cycle. People debate about Nintendo, people get mad, people get proved wrong... People debate about Sony... etc. Like I said, it's a cycle. I do find it more annoying when people troll/debate Nintendo, though, as I am a fan of the company.

I'm talking about people who think they know A fans do more trolling than B fans, or that their console gets more hate than another, etc. completely disregarding the fact that their bias is heavily controlling their memory.

So when I have a favorite company but my view has nothing to do with the company itself but with 1 specific competition company what then?

Lets say my favorite company is A    but I only see  B fans starting fights. I also have like no bad view of C fans at all because I dont see them arguing all the time  attacking other systems etc. What does that mean?

Its true that A gets attacked all the time and then A's fans usually come defend. The funny thing tho is that those attacks only come from the B fanbase.    The B fanbase usually attacks A and sometimes also C. But there is like NO "war" between A and C.  So its obvious that B is the problem right?

You also cant argue with B fans because of ignorance, superiority complex etc. etc.

And if you totally know what companies are ment with A B and C then you see it the way I do. ITS OBVIOUS!

What gets people going is divisive communication. Putting down what others like and propping up what you like. It's masturbation.

Seriously, if people just talked about what they liked without putting down the other options, there would be far less infighting and more constructive communication overall. But very few want to do that fully and others COMPLETELY embrace the total opposite and just want to see the forum burn...

Is that a typo?

A is Nintendo, B is Sony, and C is Microsoft? :D

I fucking hate meta threads. And I hate the fact that so many of them are flooding the forum and bumping down legitimate threads.
