As much as I dislike a lot of what Turkish posts, I have to agree that the gs3 is the king of plastic high end phones right now. Someone at Samsung should be shot for that case design, its awful imo. Still Fordy as a point that Xperia Z isn't a particularly innovative device, although its as solid design aimed at a gap in the market and does look pretty desirable.

As you can see from the other threads currently around for Sony Phones and tablets, many of them only look at Sony products, so when a rather un-innovative product comes to the market, there's all this sudden hype, just because it's a Sony product, which cannot really do much more compared to other products on the market.

So you're posting stuff with "oh look how innovative it is!" and when somebody actually calls you on it, you say "You dont know what you're talking about".

So tell everyone....WHY is it innovative?

You are ill informed. You called these products un-innovative(wtf) that cannot do much more than other products. What is so innovative about this? Its one of the first 5" 1080p smartphones, 13MP camera, dust and water resistant, has NFC, uses Dragontrail glass, last but not least: a very sexy design that distinguishes itself from the often plastic phones of competitors.

Yep, you should probably get your eyeballs checked. What exactly will you call innovative in a smartphone then? What exactly is more innovative about the transition from GS2 to GS3?

One of the first does not equal first, sorry to tell you. The Optimus G has had a 13MP camera for several months now. NFC devices? Well...

Hardly anything innovative at all...

The glass was used in phones in 2011, and doesn't even carry the same hardness rating as Gorilla Glass (Vickers 595 - 673 for Dragontrail vs Gorilla 622 - 701).

Interesting to see which is the more "plastic looking" between the two...

You don't refute my point, you can't keep reinventing the wheel. If you call the Xperia Z not innovative, then no smartphone is innovative, I'm sure you won't complain with the next Galaxy or iPhone with beefed up specs though. You just wait on your phone with the flux capacitor.  And between the 2? The S3 is more plastic looking.

It's not innovative, because all of the things you've touted were in phones released before it. It's a mid-high end phone, but its NOT innovative. 

In the same week that Google shows off Google Glass, you're on here getting wet over a non-innovative phone? Pfft!

If you think the Xperia Z with that plastic back case looks less plastic than the Galaxy III, then I'm afraid it's you whos eyes need checking. Ask the optometrists to remove that rose-tint out of them while you're at it. It's doing serious damage to your judgement...

vgc. 2007 was a very hostile environment for anyone who didn't own a wii or even breathed the word playstation.

Playstation owners are not arrogant. Football fans are arrogant. Whats wrong with liking the consoel you have brought? Or liking the look of a console you may buy in the future?

Nothing. Just because people want to get happy about a product they are looking forward to doesnt mean they are arrogant. It means they like what they purchase. Simple as that to be honest mate.


Threads from PlayStation owners going on about other consoles? I am sure it happens the other way around aswell. and to be honest i aint seen a negative thread about other consoles that are non playstation on here.

Actually if you look around on this site, it is popular opinion that the xbox next will sell the most next gen, though i disagree but that is another thread entirely.

Problem is if you come on here looking for negative topics that suit your agenda you will find them. I am sure if i look hard enough i could find positives with Adolf Hitler. You are just being silly.

1) The points I gave have little to do with any obsession. You asked for an example, I gave it to you. You will try to divert this by saying "I'm obsessed with one user", but you're not addressing the facts. That he called the D3 guys whiners and didn't address the points (until I confronted him) and just was mocking. You're now doing the same thing, ignoring the points. There's a reason and a pattern to that: you either have an agenda or are unable to discuss the facts.

2) The gifs of Kaz Tyranosaurus eating Reggie? The one of Kaz in the saw scene killing Reggie and the MS guy? On and on. You didn't even address any of the points I made about the tone of the violence and general tone of "Sony domination".

3) This didn't happen for the U, the 3DS or the Vita.

4) You asked for examples, I gave them to you. How does that show I'm too sensitive? The MS one should be clear by the title that it's just trolling and diminishing the nextbox.

Your youtube vid shows how committed you are about talking the points versus attacking me personally.

My opinion is there is too much fanboyism, and those that defend it are not any better.

I don't know what the fuck this guy's talking about. This console war shiz wasn't that big of a deal in the 6th and 5th gen. It's only become this way due to everyone and their grandmother being able to access the internet easily and quickly at all time these days.

Also, your memory must suck. A recent example how this shit goes both way: the Vita was doomed the minute 3DS was announced. Don't even try to deny the shit the Vita went through even before we knew anything about it. Took a 70$ price cut, giving Nintendo their first money loser, a Zelda remake, new Mario Kart and a new Mario to get the system to take off.
