Is it any good?
I get conflicting reports on reviews from "other" game websites...and I guess I missed that issue of Game Informer.
Some say it's AWESOME and a must play, other say its okay and kinda boring after a while.
And I can't find anywhere that has it to rent.

I think I wanna try this game, but I don't want to blow $50-60 and get bored halfway through, and wish I would have bought a different game.

A friend of mine has it and it's ok. Not worth a purchase for 60 imo. there lots of good games out, you sure you have all the better games?

I was wondering about this game and I heard a bunch of boasterous GREAT things, and then I read bad stuff too. It's like Call Of Jarez... I really wanna play a western game, and I kinda liked Gun, but I'm afraid to buy Jarez...and my nearby video store blows, they dont have it... What are some older titles that maybe I've missed that are noteworthy...go to my profile and see the games I have... How is that Far Cry game... Has anyone played it? Thanks... And yes...Buckethead RAWKS on guitar! He's unreal LIVE! He threw out robot and monster toys at one point, played guitar while breakdancing, "talked' with a severed head, moonwalked, and totally entertained a crowd of over 1,200 BY HIMSELF WITH BACKING TRACKS and a sampler/loop station. No band...just BUCKETHEAD! He never spoke...or sang...and the entire crowd was in the palm of his hand all night. Then Galactic came out and Pwnd us...

i have timshift. it is really good game, not worth 60 unless you have cash to spare, but definitely worth a rent or buy and trade/sell. the weapons on the game are really fun, espically the explosive crossbow. problem is the mulit player BLOWS, so the replayability isn't very high

additionally i rented the game at gamefly and they let me 'keep it' for only 30 bucks, that i thought was worth it!

You can always view the sticky note at the top of the Microsoft discussion forum to see good older games that are cheap...

I downloaded the demo last year. Decided not to buy it. Didn't look like total garbage, just there were a lot more higher priority games at the time.
