There won't be increased budgets. The system is way easier to develop on which reduces costs.

That was true in early PS3 days, but after 7 years, any developer can bring up UE3 and make a game without fighting with it. The tools are all in place to abstract the complexity.
The largest part of any game's budget is graphics, not code. You need people to do the art, and with mature tools that is always going to cost more people, time and money on a better platform. There's no shortcut.
I can't believe The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time was $90 when it came out... INSANE! It was well worth it though. But $60 seems to be the norm for right now so this doesn't surprise me not one bit.
If this is true I am surprise.
So I also expect £45.00 to £50.00 in the UK... or we going to get screwed again?

You will pay it and you will like it.
It's a placeholder.

Nah, they'll make up the lost revenue by selling screen tearing fixes. You also need to buy a chip to unlock the last 4GB of RAM.

Yes master Kaz, I will, I will. I promise to like it good!

Thanks to digital we won't see $70 games. Awesome.
