Almost any of them. However, I'd say GTA, Fire Emblem or FF6

ff6 can get so repitive, i'm up to finding  terra..  and the game is nothing but combat, does it ease of a litte? so the story can progress

love the game though :)

The story certainly does get going a bit further in, but it's such a great game it'd be an injustice not to play it first!

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

Play Final Fantasy VI and Chrono Trigger first, that way you can judge all the other JRPGs properly.

EDIT - If random encounters annoy you, Chrono Trigger doesn't have them.

batman games

Final Fantasy VI if you've never played it before. You could die at any moment, you know, so it's really important that you get that out of the way.

i have never played most of these games..

i don't mind random encounters, as long as it's paced well

ffvii did this perfectly

i'm playing Final Fantasy VI right now, around 20 hours in, and i'm in love with the setting XD

i'll check out Chrono Trigger afterwrds, never played it before :)

hopefully it lives up to the hype :P

...

where should i start...

1. Go Here: http://www.backloggery.com/

2. Create an account

3. Add (at least) your unfinished games to your collection

4. Launch a fortune cookie with the filters that you would like to use

5. Start and finish the game selected

6. Go back to step 4

If you reduce your backlog you can buy more games, otherwise you are just waisting money on things you will never enjoy

Forget every single game until you have completed ICO and then Shadow of the Colossus in that order.
