Forums - Gaming - The Wonderful 101 vs. Knack (graphics, duh)

With all the stupid, stupid, and more stupid Wii U verse PS4 threads floating around I had the bright idea to make one that wasn't pointless. Shocker!

Both games have similar styles so they are much fairer to compare. Also the most important thing is these aren't photo-realistic games. Does the extra power of the PS4 really even show beyond technical level stuff here? They look much closer than Wii and PS3 games did.

Who cares?

Nintendo and PC gamer

Who would ever play either of these games for graphics?

The thing is we haven't seen any gameplay trailers for knack yet.

There is no gameplay in the Knack trailer is there? Maby you can find a video where they show it streaming on the vita that one has gameplay and i think it looks pretty nice.

Anyway i'd probably say Knak since i don't think Wonderful 101 looks all that stunning, might just be the artstyle though.

I'm really interested in how Knack is going to turn out.

I know I would like to play a game with Pixar quality graphics. I hope Knack delivers.

You just need to hook up 10 PS4 for Pixar graphics.  Seriously though... Pixar uses a shitload of computers to make their graphics right?

I actually think these games have near same graphics. Knack only pulls a little above due to more poly count and particle effects, it seems. Wonderful 101 doesn't seem to focus on graphics at all... sadly. T_T

More hyped for Knack, looks way more ambitious and creative than 101, but I'll get both games nonetheless.

They're really not that similar. 101 is cel shaded. Knack is not. Also, did Sony even show any gameplay for it?

101 doesn't even look impressive for a Wii U game technically speaking.
