Knack is being made by Sony Japan, so I'm almost certain it will be exclusive ;p

I believe I saw Japan Studio's name when Knack came up.

Last of Us will be out for PS4 also... It makes sense, considering other games are getting a dual PS3/PS4 launch. Naughtydog even said all their assets are high quality.
