I've been wondering this as well, UNS3 can't go that far into the war without somewhat compromising the anime/manga but but looking at some of the trailers it seems like it will have alot of flashback/character backround story to get by. I think it will probably end with naruto and company beating those 4 kages that were resurrected

8 or so, i would say. I'm thinking it'll be done by 2020/2021

if it's anything like UNS2 it will go with the manga and therefore further than the show

What? That's impossible since;

1- The manga won't reach that part before the game release.

2- that's fanfiction and will most likely never happen. :d

they already have, I'm talking about the Raikage/Mizukage/Tsuchikage/Kazekage that were resurrected by kabuto(along with other powerful shinobi's and Akatsuki) I can see it ending there(or perhaps with Sasuke and Itachi fighting Kabuto being the ending battle)

omg that was the most badass battle Itachi is my favorite character in Naruto I cried both times he died.  Ironically Sasuke is my least favorite I don't know how those 2 came from the same dad lol.  That would be good ending but I think it could also end on a big cliffhanger with Naruto just beating the former Jinchurriki and about to face Madara and Obito

Wow, that would be extremelly anti-climatic and unsatisfatory ending to the game.

But we have Kurama mode, the Bijuus and i think even Madara confirmed for this game (his Ougi being the meteor from what i saw on NarutoForums), so, i think it's at least granted to go past that point.

I'm not too worried; next year they'll have Generations 2 and then they'll do the whole series with Storm 4. I lost a lot of interest in the manga since the war arc started, that was an absolute disaster. I'm guessing it will need another year to finish since it's become so convulted in the last few years. Sigh, I miss part one.

how far into the war did you get because some of the fights were amazing with the past kages.  Also some of my favorite characters got revived so it was cool seeing them get back in the show for a little.
