So the ultimate shit for me would be:

1] Jack Tretton (yeah) takes the stage and shows them chartz and gloat talk - People are dying with excitement
2] Kevin Butler speech - Corny but gotta love it (Yeah I know he isn't working for Sony anymore but still. Maybe Marcus PSP makes a comeback LOL) 
3] Kaz does a "Graaaan Turiiismo (6)" - Crowd goes wild this time
4] Guerrilla Games showcase Killzone 4 - Minds are blown
5] Guerrilla Games tease new IP as well - People are intrigued
6] SSM's Stig takes the stage and shows their new IP - Jaws are dropped
7] SSM also shows a teaser for a GoWIV with a hint for a new mythology (very brief) - Jizz in GoW fans pants
8] Suckerpunch showcase a new IP - Cool stuff
9] Media Molecule tease LittleBigPlanet 3 and a new IP - Cool stuff x2
10] Team ICO showcase a full time demo of The Last Guardian - FINALLY11!1!
11] Kojima announces Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain - Internet has exploaded at this point already but this really does it
12] Logo's for a bunch of devs are showcased along with series we already know (GTA, CoD, AC, FF etc).
During one of these logos we see "Agent" & "Final Fantasy Versus XIII" - Omg's are created
13] Ending montage and talks about innovation and yada yada. Finally bye bye's are said.

14] UNCHARTED THEME STARTS PLAYING
"DUDUDUUUUU DUUUUH DUUUUUUH DUWDUDUUU! (DUNDUNDUNDUUUU)" -> Uncharted 4 is teased - VGC shoutbox crashes due to me

Aftermaths:
Nobody get any sleep for the next 48 hours. I jizz uncontrollably.
Sony sets record for most insane conference from a gamers perspective.
All gamers who enjoy games drop all other systems and buy PS4.
PS4 wins next gen.

Killzone, new evolution studio game, battlefield 4, the last gaurdian. i would leave uncharted 4, sony santa monica's new game. GG's new ip and uncharted 4 for E3

I'd like to find out what the PS4 can do and about MGS/Phantom Pain. I'd like to see what Guerrilla Games is working on and Naughty Dog as well.

I can't believe you forgot Ridge Racer! No Sony console launch is complete without that masterpiece!

But in all seriousness, I'd like to see a new Uncharted, Killzone, Metal Gear, Gran Turismo, and definitely 2 or 3 new RPG genre games. Maybe something like a new Demon's Souls, a new Tales game (likely announcement at Tales Festival), an actual console Valkyria sequel not that portable crap. I feel this totally won't happen though.

Games we expect - Uncharted 4, Killzone 4 etc.

Games we don't expect - Metal Gear Solid 5, Jak 4 etc.

Revival of an old IP - Legend of Dragoon 2, Medievil 3 etc.

Some 3rd party titles - Battlefield 4, Star Wars 1313, Watch Dogs etc.

Another Mario game.

Part of me hopes they don't show too much, but at the same time they need to blow us away. I'd like to see just enough to acquire sufficient mind share from the masses. Enough to position the PS4 strongly in their minds, but at the same time not in such a way that will totally overshadow the remaining exclusives we have this year on the PS3. Hopefully Sony can balance both.

As for what titles ... anything as long as it showcases the hardware or gives us an 'idea' of what to expect. I'm hoping Sony managed to keep a few unexpected titles under wraps and show (or at least mention) them this Wednesday.
