I will probably not be able to get all these games, and there is time for me to lose hype. On the other hand, DKCR looks interesting for the 3DS, and there's always room for new announcements.



oh there is. Proof is if they didn't have 2 or 3 titles (excluding pokemon) for Sept-Dec then they would of spread out the announce games! I say LoZ (new, no remake) and Kirby for Fall/Winter Releases

4 the 3DS, this year, I'll be getting these games:
~ Animal Crossing: New Leaf (Already Pre-Ordered)
~ Pokemon X/Y (Will be Pre-Ordered around September)
~ Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon (Might get it with Christmas money.)

I'll be getting DKCR 3D sometimes... don't know when.

Although, I did say to myself last year to buy Revelations, Paper Mario, Kid Icarus, NSMB2, Theatrythm and Layton.
Then only titles I got were Layton, Theatrrythm and Virtue's Last Reward.

I only have NSMB 2, MK7 and "Kid Icarus: Uprising".
But the ones i will buy this year 100% are:

TheatRhythm: Final Fantasy (from last year)
Fire Emblem: Awakening (the release date in my country was delayed to february 20)
Luigis Mansion 2
Mario & Luigi: Dream Team
Pokemon X or Y
Shantae 3

Will get for sure if localization confirmed for this year:

Bravely Default
Professor Layton vs Ace Attorney

Maybe

Castlevania: Mirror of Fate (if it become a good game and dont be ported to the home consoles as it was hinted)

3DS is really onto something. I haven't owned a handheld since GBA which I hardly played except a bit when travelling. I think I ended up with 4 games for it. So needless to say I'm not much of a handheld gamer. I started watching it as I was deciding whether or not to buy a little Nintendo stock. Now all of a sudden I find myself really wanting one. Fire Emblem looks amazing, and I'm not even really an RPS or strategy gamer. Several of the other titles like Luigi look like a lot of fun as well. If I did get one I'd get Ocarina for sure as I never played that back in the day.

I'm curious for those of you that own one. Do you play with 3D on or off? I've only played about 2 minutes of one game at a Gamestop and 3D looked cool but also it seemed it might get annoying after 10 min. into a game.

its good on some games (3D) you need toget 1 though

FE is my favorite series after Zelda and Metroid... believe me, it WILL BE MINE!
