Well...I don't quite know what to say, other than what an awful tragedy.

I read that she was hit with 5 shots, 4 to the head, 1 to the arm.

Gosh that is awful. It's why I would rather have pepper spray or a taser than a gun. The damage is less permanent and I wouldn't hesitate to uses it.

Still, sounds like a totaly sad event. My sympathies.

Once I heard something at night and stoop up immediatly. I couldn't see much because, obviously it was dark and I didn't have my glasses on. Suddendly I saw something right in front of me. It was my 5 yr old child. It scared me to death and I screamed out loud. He also started to cry because of the shock. If I had a gun in my hand I'd probably pulled the trigger when I saw him - just as a reflex...Guns are more dangerous then protective imo.

Extremely unlikely that it was an accident then.

Yea, if that report is accurate (and I usually do trust the website I read that on, as it belongs to the most renowned german newspaper, so I expect that to be confirmed information), I'm actually very sceptical that it was an accident.

I imagine a person that is shoot in the head collapses pretty quickly, so atleast some of those shots very probably fired when she already was down.
